Velo Club Monte Tamaro

The Velo Club Monte Tamaro is the association that initiated and organises all the activities of the Tamaro Trophy.
Founded in 1976, the club's aim is to spread cycling in all its forms, i.e. road racing, mountain biking and bmx.
While giving attention to practitioners and amateurs of all ages, the activity is mainly aimed at children and young people, to whom the two-wheel training school is dedicated.
The association is used to organising events to bring the general public closer to cycling, such as the Gianetti Day and the Tamaro Trophy itself.
The Velo Club Monte Tamaro is active in all the main competitive categories, such as the Under 23 and Under 19, where there are also cyclists belonging to the national representative team.

We look forward to seeing you!

CIC Swiss Bike Cup

In 1994, national coach Andi Seeli founded a mountain bike race series ('Power Kids Cup'), which initially focused on promoting young talent. With Seeli's concept, which promoted the joy and skill of young people and children, the race series took off and developed into the most important race series after the World Cup.

The 'Swiss Bike Cup' thus became an attractive platform that made the impressive and continuous international successes of Swiss cross-country racers possible in the first place. The success story of the 'Swiss Bike Cup' will continue to be written in the future: exciting races with professional framework conditions for the elite and young riders (#championsoftomorrow) guarantee top-class sport.

In addition, the event series also focuses on the expansion of the mass sport for all cycling enthusiasts, thus ensuring the further development of mountain biking at all levels.
